He also noted that as a result of drastic measures taken by the Ministry in pursuance of instructions from Elbasy to reduce unreasonably overestimated tariffs, the average annual growth of utility tariffs was reduced by an average of 2.4%.
Speaking about the development of the regions, the head of the department noted an increase in the level of urbanization, provision of centralized water supply in urban areas.
A huge impetus to the development of the village is given by the project “With a diploma to the village”, in which more than 4 thousand specialists received budget loans to purchase housing in the amount of 13.7 billion tenge.
The revival of villages and rural settlements is entering the active phase of its development. This also contributes to the introduction of an independent budget of local self-government. In 2018, LSG was implemented in 1062 cities of district significance and rural districts with a population of over 2 thousand people. From January 1, 2020, it is planned to introduce level 4 budgets in the remaining 1,334 rural districts.
“This year we have formed a new Forecast scheme of the spatial and spatial development of the country until 2030, which is the basis for the subordinate documents of the state planning system, including State Program for the Development of Regions until 2025, ”the Minister stressed.
This program will be focused on solving problems of improving the regions, providing the population with effective and rational drinking water and sanitation services, and improving the state of housing and utilities in general.
“..... In 2025, access to centralized water supply systems will be increased: in cities up to 97%, in villages up to 62%. Construction and reconstruction of 4,385 km of water supply networks and 616 km of water disposal are planned, ”added Dalenov.
The revival and development of the village will also be facilitated by the project “Aul-El Besigi”, under which it is planned to repair, construct and reconstruct objects of social and engineering infrastructure in promising villages.
He also noted that by 2025 the level of urbanization in the country is expected to increase to 62% and reduce the gap in GRP per capita between regions by 2.8 times.
