As per order “About approving the list of goods which being imposed with export customs duties, the size of rates and period of their validity”
Order of the Minister of National economy of RK dated Feb.9th 2017 # 58 “About approving the list of goods which being imposed with export customs duties, the size of rates and period of their validity” (hereinafter – Order) was approved for execution of the tariff duties of RK accepted as per Protocol about joining of RK to Marrakech agreement about establishment of WTO dated April 15th 1994 ratified by Law of RK dated Dec.9th 2015.
Above mentioned order included into the List of state registration of the legal acts of the Justice ministry of RK # 14867 dated March 4th 2017.
For implementing the tariff duties of RK into legal base of Eurasian economic union was accepted decision of Eurasian economic commission dated Oct.14th 2015 # 59 “About list of goods which being imposed with rates of export customs duties, which much lower in comparison with rates of duties of Common customs tariff of Eurasian economic union as per duties accepted as terms of joining to WTO and sizes of such rates of duties”.
“At the same time as per tariff duties of RK within the frame of TWO, considering annual reduction of the sizes of imported customs duties as per specific types of goods during transient period.
Shall note that the Agreement about functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trading system considers that before accepting required decisions by Eurasian economic union on implementation of tariff duties, duties of the Parties within WTO having priorities over relevant norms of international agreements concluded within the frame of the Eurasian economic union.
Relevant drafts of the acts of Eurasian economic union for the current period are not approved, therefore for execution of the tariff duties of RK within WTO was accepted this Order.
Order as per List of goods which imposed with import customs duties, size of rates and period of their validity is done considering changes included into common Foreign trade classification of goods of the Eurasian economic union and Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic union effective jan.1st 2017 (decision of the Board of Eurasian economic commission dated Aoct.18th 2016 # 101).
